The Voice mail may be used in many different
ways. You can use it as a traditional messaging
system or as elaborate as a voicemail with an
operator assistant for emergencies. The Voice
Mail has the ability to work in concert with our
live operators. This is what we call “Voice
Mail with operators assist”. This feature
allows the financial savings of using a voicemail
system with the security for your clients knowing
you are always available to them.
The voicemail is used on all of our live answering
accounts as a “Customer auto answer”.
Of course a live person will answer all of your
calls but in the times which we cannot answer
it within 2 rings, the “customer auto answer”
comes on. This guarantees once an operator gets
to the call, the call is undisrupted by having
to put another call on hold. The greeting can
be recorded by you or your staff. This can be
used as an information tool for your callers by
giving office hours or general information about
your company. We only charge for operator time,
so if the information on the recording answers
the callers questions, there is no charge for
that call.
