Call 24 Communications, Inc has a state of the
art 20 track recorder. This is used to record
all the calls that come into Call 24. We use the
voice logger mainly for the purpose of training.
During the training we can play a call that was
handled correctly so the trainee can hear proper
call educate We have found that an operator who
can hear how they sound and hear the interaction
between them and the caller has a much better
understand of how we actually come across to the
general public.
The system is used for the occasional wrong number
or a “he said she said” situation.
On more then one occasion clients who needed audio
copy of a message for legal reason were very pleased
to know we could provide that for them. We keep
the recording for about 45 days before recording
over the tapes.
