Answering Service
Electronic Video Exchange, otherwise known as
EVE is the computerized system we use to answer
and server your callers.
Some of the capabilities EVE provides us are:

- Custom “auto answer”
- Alpha paging
- Patching
- Automatic faxing a pre set times
- A faxed message saying “no messages”
if you have a none
- Call splits to separate the more complex

Order taking
Call 24 Communications uses a system which is
a free style order taking, database program. You
control the amount of information we gather from
your caller. Our only limitation is your imagination.
What can be done on each call:

- Make an Invoice to send out

Scheduling
We can do appointment scheduling. Some of our
clients have appointment books and we set the
appointments as if we are in your office. We are
proud to announce the ability to do “on
line appointment setting”. So in real time
you can make an appointment at the same time we
are without the clumsiness of an appointment book.
Voicemail
The Voicemail may be used in a variety of different
ways. You can use it as a traditional messaging
system or as elaborate as a voicemail with an
operator assist for emergencies. The Voice Mail
has the ability to work in concert with our live
operators. This is what we call “Voice Mail
with operators assist”. This feature allows
the financial savings of using a voicemail system
with the security for your clients knowing you
are always available to them.
