Call 24 Communications has a system that is a free style order taking, database program. You control the amount of information we gather from your caller. Our only limitation is your imagination.

The feature many people over look is that a call center is a great marketing tool. Our system can ask a source question or questions. We can sort out one or more of the answers to help analyze your calls.

The data can be delivered to you in many different forms. Orders can be directly faxed or emailed as the calls are taken or we can send them to you daily. The data can be in file format so all you have to do is upload it into your computer or it can be a report form, whichever best fits your needs.

Many of our clients receive a summary report, then we send the raw data to your fulfillment house. There are so many different possibilities.

Our system has the ability to use a unique field, like a phone number to recognize your callers. This often can be used if you have an existing data to upload into our system or if we do a brochure request. Then when they call back to place an order we already have their name and address. This makes callers feel special when you can say “is this Mrs. smith, are you still at ….”?. If for no other reason it will make the call go faster and make your cost per order go down. If a name is already there, it could trigger a promotion that is only offered to repeat clients.
