We can do appointment scheduling. Some of our clients have us set appointments in an appointment book. We follow their guidelines for setting appointments. Often we will fax or E mail the information about the appointment we just set so the book they have “in house” will match ours. This helps to prevent over booking or you gong to an appointment that canceled.

We are proud to announce the ability to do “on line appointment setting”. Real time appointment setting. You can make an appointment at the same time we are without the clumsiness of an appointment book. With this new system we can gather as much information from the from the caller as you need. This eliminates the need to then take a message to tell you about an appointment or a cancellation. From on line we can set it up fax or E mail as they come in. Some clients use the system to fax daily except for same day cancellation which fax or E mail immediately. Others will have us reach them in the case of a same day cancellation to make sure they received the message.
