The worst thing that can happen to a call center
is to loose power and or data due to that loss
of power. Call 24 Communications, Inc has prepared
for many different scenarios.
We have a backup system to give us at least 6-8
hours of power. We have the ability to plug a
generator into our system and it can run indefinitely.
The back up unit helps to regulate the power and
protects from spikes that can cause major problems
to the computers themselves.
In this day and age of technology, computers
can be our best friends or worst enemy. The computer
is only as good as its data. We are the only call
center in the area that has a complete second
system on premises. We use the alternate system
for training. This gives us a duplicate of every
part in our system, so if anything breaks, we
can easily fix it and know it is a working part.
Our system already had redundant hard drives built
in. We update the alternate systems hard drive
with our current data once a month. So if we have
a hard drive issue, besides the redundant hard
drive in the system we actually have 2 additional
hard drives to help protect your data.
